DeliveryWe do not take payment for orders on-line, preferring the personal contact with our customers, so if you wish to place an order you can either telephone us directly or complete and submit the relevant enquiry form and we’ll contact you to arrange payment and delivery. We have a marvellous team of people who organise and ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of all our products. Deliveries are usually made on large lorries with tail lift gates, so it’s helpful if you could notify us of restricted access, such as narrow lanes etc., when ordering so that we can arrange for smaller vehicles to be used. We will notify you of the exact delivery date in advance, and it’s important that arrangements are made to receive your order because if no-one is available to sign for the goods or the carriers can’t gain access to your premises, Ex-stock items are normally delivered within two working days of pick-up at our workshop. For bespoke or made-to-measure items, we ask that you allow us at least 28 days for delivery. Products are normally packed on to pallets partly made-up; however, if access is restricted we can supply some units flat-packed with full assembly instructions.
